Work Readiness

Work Place Readiness programs help students make informed and intelligent decisions about their educational and professional future, and fosters skills that will be highly useful in the business world. The programs supplement standard social studies curriculum and develop communication skills that are essential to success in the business world, by sharing the work experiences with the school, college, university and youth club students; private sector volunteers help prepare youth at schools, colleges, and universities for the real world by showing them how to generate wealth and effectively manage it, which make their communities more robust, and how to apply entrepreneurial thinking to the workplace, students came prepared with what kind of experience do they need to get a job, and they learn about the opportunities the national market provides with a range from entry-level positions to high-skilled careers requiring a higher education.
