In Light of the Coronavirus…the Student Company: Turning Challenges into Opportunities.

Despite the continuous persistence of the Coronavirus crisis and the subsequent lockdown spanning from March 2020 until now, the students of the student companies were able to challenge the obstacles and complete what they have started to work on in their companies. The students of the student companies in all the governorates began holding meetings for the team members and their advisors to complete the implementation of their plans and their work and thus ensure the success of their companies. INJAZ coordinators and the student companies’ advisors were indeed fascinated by the students’ commitments, which they have clearly exhibited in the online meetings.

The students were able to overcome all the obstacles imposed by the current situation, by working from home, and by dividing roles and tasks among themselves and by planning activities for the coming days. INJAZ provided many tips and advices during the meeting to benefit from their time at home. Students translated these tips in a practical fashion, as many were able to acquire new skills such as design and other related skills, which helped them develop their work inside their companies and or perhaps benefit from them in their personal life.
