“Our Dear Land” Initiative

 The southern region of Hebron witnessed an uncontrolled expansion of urban areas. In this context, INJAZ came forward with the initiative “Our Dear Land” to spread the culture of planting trees, and to urge students to pay attention to agriculture and increase the green areas. Following the start of the initiative, Tariq Bin Ziyad High School students planted trees in the school garden. The initiative was part of the “Be an entrepreneurial” program, and was under the supervision of volunteer Abdul Majid Dassah. It emphasized and encouraged students to have environmentally friendly values, as an important step for the long-term recovery of the environment.
