The “Your book your choice” initiative is an educational commercial project that was implemented in Betunia Girls’ Secondary School under the supervision of volunteer ‘Amer Al-Qiq from the National Beverage company Coca-Cola. This initiative aims to encourage and enhance the role of reading and to educate and deepen the knowledge of the new generation. It endeavors also to enable female student participants, who implement the initiative, to generate a source of income, and to empower them economically and pave the way for them to engage in business ventures. Additionally, it hopes to create for them greater opportunities to help them secure a better future especially that 450 students would end up benefiting from the opportunities resulting from the initiative.
The initiative was part of the “We all belong” project implemented by INJAZ with the support of UNICEF.
