Mr. Yazan Abdul Hadi serves as the Executive Director of the Palestine Telecommunications Group Foundation for Community Development, an independent non-profit organization established in 2008 by the Palestine Telecommunications Company (Paltel Group). The foundation was created in response to the growing needs of Palestinian society, with a focus on sustainable community development and social impact initiatives.
He also serves as the Executive Director of the Rawabi Foundation, a Palestinian non-profit organization founded in 2013. The foundation is dedicated to advancing Palestinian society and strengthening its resilience through sustainable development programs and initiatives, with a strong emphasis on youth empowerment and humanitarian work across the West Bank and Gaza Strip. One of its flagship initiatives, “Gaza Al-Azza Kitchens,” has provided millions of meals to families in Gaza since the beginning of the war, as part of ongoing efforts to alleviate humanitarian hardship.
Since 2020, Mr. Abdul Hadi has been responsible for leading the Communications and Public Relations Department in the city of Rawabi. In 2021, he was appointed Director of the “Ala Al-Ard” initiative, a Palestinian platform aimed at strengthening resilience on the ground and empowering young people to lead sustainable development initiatives across Palestine.
In 2022, he was named “Young Leader” by the Lady of the Earth Foundation in recognition of his contributions to community development. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Nablus University for Vocational and Technical Education, serves as Secretary-General of Injaz Palestine, and supports several Palestinian civil society organizations.
Mr. Abdul Hadi holds a Master’s degree in Religion, Politics, and Global Society from the University of Padua, Italy (2024), and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from An-Najah National University in Nablus (2015). He is known for his strong commitment to community development, youth empowerment, and humanitarian work, as well as his role in building partnerships that promote sustainable development and strengthen the resilience of Palestinian society.
