A Joint Meeting between INJAZ Palestine and the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research

The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Mahmoud Abu Muwais. met a delegation from INJAZ Palestine to discuss the mechanisms that will help enhance cooperation, and support entrepreneurship and business in Palestinian universities. The delegation included the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Bassam Walweel, the General Manager, Rania Kutteneh, and the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Khawarizmi College, Dr. Muhammad Qaddumi.

Abu Muwais praised INJAZ Palestine efforts in raising a generation of innovative young people capable of creating opportunities, expressing the Ministry’s readiness to provide support and expand cooperation between the two sides hoping that, this will enable them to target more students and universities. On their part, Walweel and Kutteneh, reviewed the most important programs that INJAZ Palestine was working on, especially the student company program in which this year, for the first time, 4 Palestinian universities are participating (Birzeit, Palestine Technical University-Kadoorie, Hebron, and An Najah University). At the end of their deliberations, the two parties agreed to hold a meeting soon to discuss the mechanisms of work and ways to expand INJAZ ongoing activities.
