How have INJAZ programs developed the skills of the media student Hanan Mahbouba

“My experience with INJAZ Palestine began during the organization’s meetings and courses that took place in my high school. These exercises played a prominent role in making me move forward. When I was sixteen years old, my main ambition was to become a journalist, so I joined the (Job Shadow) program, which focused on gaining practical knowledge and on having training in organizations and companies. It was through this program that I had the first broadcasting experience in a radio report while I was having training in Radio Zaytouna FM. After few stages, I had radio broadcasting experiences where I presented programs and reports and worked as a radio commentator. I still have many ambitions and dreams. My advice today to every female and male student is to engage in programs and activities for that would help increase their knowledge and broaden their experience. INJAZ was a mirror for me for it enabled me to look at extraordinary details and see myself in a distinctive way”.

Hanan Mahbouba, a student in the faculty of media at al-Najah University, talks about her experience with INJAZ Palestine.
