What did INJAZ programs do to develop the students’ communication and interconnection skills?

“INJAZ played a big role in developing my personality and in boosting my self-confidence. I was one of the students of Al-Zahra Girls Secondary School in Jenin. I had the opportunity to participate in INJAZ Palestine courses within the community leadership program. I participated in organizing and implementing “Basma and Bassma” initiative for cancer patients and once again, I had the opportunity to participate in an initiative sponsored by INJAZ for the Jenin Girls Secondary School. By maintaining my participation in several INJAZ programs during my secondary school years, I learned how to implement entrepreneurial profitable and charitable projects. I also gained experience in applying management, communication and interconnection mechanisms as well as acquiring skills in leadership and in being a part of a team. This enabled me to be more responsible and to always seek the participation in voluntary works, and as I am now a university student, I shall continue to participate in INJAZ programs, through the courses currently offered at my university”.
