The program introduces students between the ages of (18-22 years old) to the work readiness skills necessary to search for and maintain a job, and enables them to develop innovative personal strategies in order to achieve learning and obtain appropriate job opportunities.

The program aims to:

  • Provide students with the basic skills that leaders need to master, and identify elements of leadership that are characterized by emotional intelligence while exploring leadership trends.
  • Introduce students to oral communication skills and the importance of body language in communication, while stressing the importance of technology in professional communication.
  • Help students understand the tips for writing a CV.
