Private sector companies implement this program, which trains students between the ages of (14-17 years old) for two or three days. It enables the student to understand the field of academic study he/she wishes to major in and determine its suitability for his/her interests.

The program aims to:

• Acquaint students with the company’s departments, its sections and the mechanism of work within each of them.
• Help them go through a realistic experience that gives them an overview of working in companies.
